Building a support-deflection agent, part 1: reading the ticket

The real version of this post will walk through the first piece of the support-deflection blueprint: an agent that reads an inbound WISMO ("where is my order") ticket, pulls the order from the store platform, and drafts a resolution for a human to approve before it ever reaches a customer.
