Privacy Policy

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company (optional), and message. If you subscribe to our email list, we collect your email address and the page you subscribed from. We do not collect any other personal data through this site, and we do not use tracking cookies unless you have given consent for that specifically.

How long we keep it

Contact submissions and email signups are kept for 24 months from the last activity on the record (for example, an email signup's clock resets if you re-subscribe), after which they are automatically deleted.

Who else processes it

We use a small number of service providers to run this site and our business, each bound by their own data-processing terms:

• Google Cloud Platform — hosting and database infrastructure
• Resend — sending contact-form notifications and email-list messages
• Cal.com — the discovery-call booking widget

Where any of these providers is based outside your region (for example, if you are in the EU or UK and a provider processes data in the US), that transfer is covered by an appropriate legal mechanism, such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@sochishdigital.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by law in your jurisdiction (for example, within 30 days under GDPR/UK GDPR). Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately, with no additional steps.

If you are in the EU or UK and believe we have not handled your data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

Analytics

We use privacy-first, cookieless analytics to understand which pages are useful. This does not identify you individually and does not use tracking cookies.
