These terms cover your use of this website only. A separate services agreement, agreed to individually with each client, governs any actual engagement — this page does not.
Ownership
Everything on this site — the copy, the design, the underlying code, and any blueprint templates referenced here — belongs to Sochish Digital LLP. For an actual client engagement, you own your own deployment and your own data; we retain ownership of the underlying templates we reuse across clients. That split is stated plainly in every engagement's own scope document.
No guarantees
Content on this site (including SEO- and performance-related claims) describes our process and approach, not guaranteed outcomes. Nobody can honestly guarantee search rankings or specific business results, and we don't.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute about use of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
